We are a small, vibrant and creative school with a large purpose built modern building set just outside the lovely Village of Aldborough. We are surrounded by farm land and our rural school grounds are extensive and beautiful, offering an idyllic primary education for our happy children. Aldborough itself is a thriving community in rural North Norfolk, about 5 miles south of Cromer and 6 miles from Aylsham.
Everyone in our school belongs to, and is a part of, our happy and caring 'school family'. In this friendly and secure setting, every child is treated as a unique and special individual where there is the opportunity to develop particular talents and skills. Time is also given to supporting and encouraging children to persevere in any area of the curriculum or school life that is more challenging for them.
Our whole school community is hugely important to us and is a major factor in successful education, so we welcome parental and community involvement in all we do. There is always a warm welcome at school for every parent to share in all aspects of their child's development.
We are very proud of our school environment; the large field for playtime and for sports, our well-equipped classrooms, our beautiful Forest School and our dedicated staff, but most of all, we are proud of our happy, enthusiastic and caring children.
If you need more information you can explore our website, or ring our school office (01263 761264) and we will be happy to answer any of your questions. The best way, of course, is to come and see us. Give the office a ring and make an appointment; we always welcome a chance to show people around our lovely school.
We look forward to meeting you soon,
Helen Bearman
